In 2022 and 2025, 35th Street developed a collaborative CHNA process and crafted individual CHNA reports for Cooper University Health, Jefferson Health, and Virtua Health networks, plus the three health departments serving Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties, New Jersey as a collaborative effort.
