Our Philosophy

Our research approach emphasizes wide participation in dynamic dialogue to both define and solve problems. Using community-based participatory research practices, we invite broad participation to both define and solve challenges from the people who experience them, driving solutions. Our goal is to utilize our team’s unique skill sets and local, lived experiences to capture, condense, and leverage existing experiences to create action plans that increase opportunities for people from all walks of life.
